When you request beta access, we collect the information you submit, such as your name, email address, primary use case, and any optional context you choose to share. If you create an account or contact support, we may also receive the information needed to provide and support that account or conversation.

If you sign in with Google or Discord, we receive the account details that the provider makes available to us, such as your name, email address, and provider identifier. We use this information to create, authenticate, and maintain your HexPoint account and to link an approved beta invitation to the correct account.

If you use portfolio features, you may provide transaction CSVs, holdings, and related portfolio information. We use this information to provide the requested portfolio and analytics features. Do not upload information you are not authorized to share.

We use essential cookies and browser storage to support authentication, invitation links, sessions, and basic service operation. The landing page also records privacy-conscious conversion events, such as beta CTA clicks, form starts, and form submissions, through Vercel Analytics. These events do not include your name, email address, or free-text form responses. Your browser or analytics provider may process limited technical and usage information when these features are used.

We use information to review beta applications, send invitation and account communications, provide and secure the service, respond to support requests, understand which workflows beta users need, improve the product, and comply with applicable legal obligations. We do not use submitted information to provide investment advice or make investment decisions for you.
