You agree not to do any of the following:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose or engage in, encourage, or promote any activity that violates these Terms.
• Share your account credentials, sell, transfer, or sublicense your access to the Service to any other person.
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code or underlying algorithms of the Service.
• Use any automated systems (including bots or spiders) to access the Service in a manner that sends more requests than a human can reasonably produce in the same period.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices on the Service.
• Use the Service to transmit any viruses, worms, defects, Trojan horses, or any items of a destructive nature.

Content License: If you submit, post, or otherwise make available any content through the Service (including comments, reviews, or analysis), you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform such content in connection with the Service.

Content Standards: You represent and warrant that any content you submit does not violate these Terms or any applicable law, and that you have all necessary rights to grant the above license.

Content Removal: We reserve the right to remove or disable access to any content at our sole discretion, including content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.

Conflict of Interest Disclosure: If you submit content discussing specific securities or investments, you must disclose any financial positions, business relationships, or other conflicts of interest you may have with the subjects of your content.

Anti-Manipulation: You may not submit content intended to manipulate stock prices, spread false information, or engage in pump-and-dump schemes or other market manipulation activities.

No Investment Advice: Content you submit must not constitute investment advice or recommendations. All content should be clearly marked as opinion or analysis for informational purposes only.

Data Usage Restrictions: The financial data, market information, and analytics provided through the Service are for your personal use only. You may not redistribute, republish, or commercially exploit any data obtained from the Service without express written permission.

Third-Party Data Licenses: Some data is provided under license from third-party providers and is subject to additional restrictions. You agree to comply with all applicable third-party licensing terms.

Export Controls: You agree to comply with all applicable export control laws and regulations, including restrictions on the export or re-export of financial data to certain countries or individuals.

Prohibited Content: You may not submit content that: (a) incites hatred, harassment, or discrimination; (b) contains pornographic or sexually explicit material; (c) makes direct threats or promotes violence; (d) violates intellectual property rights; (e) constitutes plagiarism; (f) contains personal attacks or defamatory statements.

Content Moderation: We reserve the right to review, moderate, edit, or remove any user content that violates these standards or is otherwise deemed inappropriate at our sole discretion.

Reporting: Users may report content that violates these standards through our reporting mechanisms. We will investigate reports and take appropriate action.

Mobile Applications: When you access the Service through a mobile application, additional terms may apply, including those imposed by your mobile platform provider (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play Store).

Device Permissions: Our mobile applications may request access to certain features or data on your device. You may deny these permissions, but doing so may limit functionality.

Updates: We may automatically download and install updates to our mobile applications. You may be able to disable automatic updates through your device settings.

Data Provider Terms: Financial data is provided by third-party sources including but not limited to Financial Modeling Prep, S&P, MSCI, and other licensed data providers. Use of such data is subject to additional licensing terms and restrictions.

Data Accuracy Disclaimer: We rely on third-party data providers and make no representations regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of such data. Data may be delayed or contain errors.

Redistribution Restrictions: Third-party data obtained through the Service may not be redistributed, resold, or used for commercial purposes without proper licensing from the original data provider.

AML Compliance: You agree to comply with all applicable anti-money laundering laws and regulations. We may terminate your account if we suspect violations of AML requirements.

Sanctions Compliance: You represent that you are not located in, or a resident or national of, any country subject to U.S. or other applicable sanctions, and that you are not on any government restricted party list.

Monitoring: We reserve the right to monitor account activity for compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Copyright Policy: We respect intellectual property rights and comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe content on our Service infringes your copyright, please contact us with a detailed notice.

Takedown Procedure: Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will promptly remove or disable access to allegedly infringing content and notify the user who posted such content.

Counter-Notice: Users may submit a counter-notice if they believe content was removed in error. We will restore content if no legal action is initiated within 10-14 business days.

Billing: We may offer the Service on a subscription basis. By selecting a subscription plan, you agree to pay the Company the subscription fees indicated for that service. Payments will be charged on a pre-pay basis on the day you sign up for a subscription and will cover the use of that service for the subscription period indicated.

Automatic Renewal: Subscription fees will automatically renew at the then-current rate unless you cancel your subscription through your account settings before the end of the current subscription period.

Price Changes: We reserve the right to change our subscription fees. We will provide you with reasonable prior notice of any price changes.

Refunds: All fees are non-refundable, except as required by law. There will be no refunds or credits for partially used periods.

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

You may terminate your account at any time by following the instructions on the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Iowa, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Venue: You agree that any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Scott County, Iowa.

Arbitration: At our sole discretion, we may require you to submit any disputes arising from the use of these Terms or the Service to final and binding arbitration under the Rules of Arbitration of the American Arbitration Association applying Iowa law.

Class Action Waiver: YOU AGREE THAT ANY CLAIMS MUST BE BROUGHT IN YOUR INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.

Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding our Service and supersede all prior agreements.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

Changes to Terms: We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any new terms take effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
